iTunes freeze and then MBP lockup

I've just recently had an issue with iTunes. I open a movie and as long as I don't move the mouse it's fine. If I try to move the mouse, it freezes for about 15 seconds. Then if I continue to move the mouse the computer locks up.
Any thoughts?

Specs below.

I did a complete hardware test and everything is fine.
