My itunes won't recognize that my Iphone or my Ipod is connected to the computer. So this is what happens. When I connect my Iphone to my computer (PC, windows 7 64 bits) with a USB cable to a 2.0 USB my itunes opens up and freezes. I can't do anything with it for 5 minutes and then when it unfreeze it haven't even notice my Iphone. I go look at device manger and see there is "Apple mobile device" or something like that connected to my universal serial bus (aka USB). So the problem isn't that my computer won't notice that my Iphone is connected. Worth to say my Iphone is new. And yes. I download 64 bit version of itunes.

What I have tried to do:
1. Followed this guide http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 to uninstall everything apple related and reinstalled.

2. Followed that guide from above AND search through the computer for anything apple and itunes related and delete it and reinstalled.(I have done this step more then one time)

3. Stop Apple services in "Run" -> "services.msc" and started it again.

4. Tried different USB cable and inputs.

5. Tried another computer

6. Tried my Ipod

Results for the following:
1. When I installed again my itunes still had all my music in it which means it wasn't "completely" removed from my comp. So when I connected my Iphone it still had the same problem. Freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.

2. Installed itunes and everything with it. Opened itunes and it was like I never had use itunes on this computer before. I had no music at all or anything. When I connected my Iphone to the computer my itunes notice it for the first time. So I named it and was about to put over all my music into itunes and then when I was about to sync it everything freezed. Waited for 30min and nothing had happen at all so I closed Itunes using Task manager and when I started itunes again it was the same thing all over again. Freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.
I did step 2 all over again because I thought maybe some of my music is corrupt or something. When I installed it again my Iphone showed like the first time and I didn't put any music into my itunes. Then after a while my itunes freezes and I wait 30 min again and nothing happened so I closed itunes using "Task manger" and open it again and there it was again. The same thing as always. Freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone

3. Same as always, freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.

4. Same as always, freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.

5. Tried it on my GF computer and it worked. No problems at all! Did a system restore on my Iphone and tried it on my computer and the same thing as always, freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.

6. Same as always, freeze, wait 5 min, unfreeze, no iphone.

Thing maybe worth to say:
My ipod worked with itunes 9.0 but when I bought my iphone and plugged it in it said "You have to update you Itunes" and so I did and after that neither of my iphone or ipod have worked.

When I plug in my Iphone and itunes freezes. If I then unplug my Iphone my itunes just unfreezes. Same thing happens when I disable the USB port I use in "Device Manger".

Tried following a few guide on other forums but none helped.

There is this thing in Itunes when you try your connection to iphone and it's says if it works or not (Not sure what it is called since don't have itunes installed right now) and it's says everything should work fine. Same result when I got my Iphone plugged in.

I call my local support and they said that I have tried everything they recommend and that I should try to do a system restore on my computer or turn to this forum. I really don't want to do a system restore on my computer so please help me out!

Sorry for my bad English. I'm just so frustrated right now and just want it to work!
