I'm new to Macs and was in the middle of renaming a song that was currently playing on my itunes. I accidentally hit control + tab and iTunes froze/won't respond to any of my commands. I tried quitting with command + q but that won't work... any help please! What do I do to fix it?

Control + tab isn't a keyboard shortcut I'm aware of...In any event, if you can't quit out of iTunes by using :apple:+Q or from the iTunes menu itself, you're probably going to need to force quit. Its the Apple equivalent of control+alt+delete, except its option+:apple:+escape. That brings up the Force Quit Applications window which is reminiscent of the Windows Task Manager. Quit iTunes, wait a few moments and then relaunch it. Make sure the song is still there and playable.
