The default behavior of iTunes when you switch to full-screen cover flow mode is to capture the keyboard so you can jump to an album by pressing a few letters. Space-bar will play/pause, and Escape will exit full-screen.
But since it is capturing the keyboard, I can't seem to use utilities such as Butler or Synergy to invoke actions with keyboard shortcuts (for example, have an applescript launched when I press the letter "c" or the key "F6".
Does anyone know how to override this behavior so I can use a quick-launch utility while in full-screen display?
