iTunes Get Music Artwork Function Not Working

Hi Everyone

I Have American Pie 2 (Music From The Motion Picture) And I Have Tagged It The Way In iTunes And Have Tried To Get The Artwork Using The Get Artwork Function But It's Not Working Does This Happen To Certain Albums That You Rip Yourself Or Is It A General Hit And Miss?

There are some albums I've not been able to get the artwork for, even with all the information exactly as it appears on the iTunes Store.
