ITunes getting stuck on processing file

While downloading a few songs in ITunes my downloads got stuck at the 'processing file' step. The entire song is downloaded, and ITunes says it's processing, but nothing is happening, and I can't download anything else. Restarting ITunes just makes the download start again.
