Don't think you can, since you need an address and credit card in the UK to make an account.

But if it's really worth it to you and her, you can tell her what songs you want, she can buy them in the UK, then bring them back, copy them to your computer, and authorize it to play the songs. I think.

yes, you can use the UK account where ever you may be. just click on the link at the bottom of iTMS.

You don't need an credit card to set up an account if you have a gift card. You do need an address in that country though. You could either make one up (not really a good idea), or ask someone in the UK if you can use their address.
