Yes, but can I buy it with my Mothers charge card, but give it to my friend who wants to sell it on ebay?

They don't sell you a gift card code, but rather, an new iTunes account with the $40 credit in it, which was probably purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Its a service for people outside of the USA plus they email you a scan of the card (code); works good for me so i assume hes not in the states because he wouldnt be asking these question as its pretty easy to get then locally there.
