Itunes Gift Card

I bought an Itunes giftcard yesterday on-line to be delivered in an e-mail. I've done this many times in the past. The one I bought yesterday has not been received and I'm being charged. Does anyone have a phone number to call about this? Typically the e-mails arrive almost instantly.
