Can i use my itunes gift card on more that one account. Let's say i have an itunes gift card and i want to use it on my brothers itunes account so that he can get some apps. Is it possible?

Can i remove the itunes card from one account and move it to another? so that i can use it on the other account.
No. Once you enter the code for the gift card on one account, ALL of the money is applied as a credit to that account and can't be transfered to another account.
