Itunes gift card

I have an itunes gift card and have an area on itunes showing the amount remaining on the card. When i log in on my imac the amount remaining doesnt show up even though i'm logged in. It only shows up on my macbook. Is there a setting for this?

If you log out on your iMac and log back in, it should show your balance.

Are you running the same version of iTunes?

It may be a bug or something in iTunes on your iMac, so just update it to the newest one. (if you haven't already)

If that doesn't help, sorry.
