Hey all

Bought my brother a £5 gift voucher for the iTunes store for Christmas,

He's been on, spent the £5 voucher on 6 songs (well under the value of the voucher) yet has been charged for 2 of these on his bank account, and the voucher value claimed as well (effectively paying twice for the songs!)

Anyone else experienced this one? Any advice

itunes

I don't have a solution, but MY brother gave me a gift card valued at 15 dollars for itunes. First it says to GENTLY remove the super glue that is covering the code to redeem the value of the card and then, the code is rubbed away. I have perfect vision, but was unable to read the serial number on the card so that Apple could fix the problem. The answer they sent me would require me to become an expert in code breaking.
