iTunes hang while quitting

Every time I go to quit iTunes (7.5) using the traditional 'iTunes > Quit iTunes' method, the window will just sit there, and remain fully functional. However, if I use the command-Q method, it closes instantaneously. Should I just AppDelete iTunes and re-download it, or is this the fault of Leopard?
 
It might be Leopard giving you that problem, but you should probably just redownload iTunes. Try repairing disk permissions as well.
