Itunes hanging between syncing different types of data

I recently installed windows 7 and now I am having syncing issues. When i sync it will sync some data and then hang just saying syncing with my HDD light going nuts. I restored as new and itunes just synced all my music and then just hung, saying syncing phone and the HDD light going nuts, im confused as to what this could be, is it because i had to rebuild my library?

now it seems to just hang during photo sync, doesnt say its syncing photos but thats all that i have added
