iTunes has somehow divided my music library!

In iTunes, Track no.1 of all my albums is in a different place to the rest of my music! I don't know how it happened. :eek:

My music files are in: Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Artist/Album/Song_Name.m4a

But track No. 1 from most albums - and a few others - are in: Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Music/Artist/Album/Song_Name.m4a

I've tried consolidating - but no dice. Anyone know what might have caused it? How can I fix this?
