Itunes help how can i transfer purchases ?

ok on my first gen iphone i was on my grandparents computer..for my itunes account...

NOW i have a macbook with the iphone 3g and a diferent itunes account..

HOW do i transfer purchases from my first account to my macbook ..

i have already logged in my old account and checked for purchases (didnt work)

is there anything i can do ..or anything i am missing?

Burn them to CD. Re-import into iTunes on MacBook. That is the only way I am aware of.

1)authorize the macbook w/ old account
2)put all of your media from the old iTunes account onto your iPhone 3G or plug in your iPhone if you still have it
3)transfer purchases from iPhone

everything should be on the macbook now

Then no. I purchased songs on my work computer (same account) and I left there last October. I can't get those songs from iTunes no matter what I've tried.

1)put all of your media from the old iTunes account onto your iPhone 3G
2)authorize the macbook w/ old account
3)transfer purchases from iPhone 3G

everything should be on the macbook now

I DELETED all the media on that account on the other computer...
and i already authorized my macbook with that account
