Is it possible to access music on my Macbook that i purchased by my iMac at home?
Thanks for your time.

If you purchased music from the iTunes Store, you'll also have to authorize the MacBook. So long as you don't have 5 computers already authorized, you'll be good to go. Just play a purchased song, and the authorization dialog box will pop up.

Thanks for the replies. I should have pointed out that I'm in the states and my imac is in another country.

I'll rephrase my question. My brother in Saudi Arabia just bought a track off iTunes and i was wondering if there is a way i can get that track for free on my macbook while im in cleveland?

He'll have to somehow send you a copy of the .m4p file. Then when you try to play it you will need his iTunes username and password to authorize your computer to play purchases from his account.

I'll give that a try. Thanks loads for all the replies and help.
