iTunes help :( Some weird app keeps appearing

As u guys can see in the picture, my iTunes has been stuck like this since last night, I tried to press "Not Now" but it never worked, it just stayed there and I can't sync my iPhone, but somehow my iPod worked normally without this happening. Idk if i'm missing some java programs or something like that. Plz help me =(

Have you tried to simply close iTunes and re-open it? Or a reboot?

I did like 10 times but it's still stuck. Should I remove iTunes and set it up again?

I would uninstall Find My iPhone from your phone and plug it back in and see if that message still appears. If it does, uninstall/reinstall iTunes.
