iTunes Help Window Problem

Ok so two nights ago I installed a bunch of Windows 7 updates. Since then every time I open the iTunes help window it comes up blank. I did once briefly see a message flash up saying something about enabling javascript??? It IS enabled in both IE and firefox. So what is wrong here?

Have you updated iTunes to 10.2.2? Incidentally there is a documented issue and solution for this on a Mac, but not on a PC.

Yes, forgot to mention that. It's fully up to date to 10.2.2. I really hope I don't have to reinstall.
