Itunes Help???????????????????

Hey Mac LOVERS,

I am Having trouble with ITUNES. I have purchased three clips from itunes, but they don't play anymore. I have QUicktime Pro, because the GET QUICKTIME PRO button is gone, and I paid money, So WHY can't I watch these CLIPS? ?? ? ? ??

when you click on the files....what happens?

IT's ME

When I click on it. the show plays, but all I see is a GRAY screen with no sound, and it starts in a random spot.
