Hi,

I just opened iTunes this morning and got the following Window:

Clicking OK just quits iTunes. I have tried restarting the machine, any other suggestions or has anyone else seen this before?

Thanks

If repairing permissions don´t work, before reinstalling try removing the iTunes prefs file (com.apple.iTunes.plist) in your user library preferences folder.

I had to reinstall iTunes. Anyone know what may have caused the problem, obviously not something Apple would expect else it would have given a proper error message.

iTunes help!

Hi Guys! I'm afraid I really need some help from you. I own an iPod nano first generation, but since they released the last version of iTunes I'm not able to insert songs in it anymore. I would like to manage all he lists by my own but it doesn't work. Whenever I try doing something it says "updating iPod" for a few seconds but then it stops and nothing has changed into my player.
Can anyone suggest me the right way please? Thx

well for starters you may want to post this as a seperate post!

have you set your ipod to update all or is it set up to manage songs manually?
