iTunes Help

Ok, this is going to make a lot of people laugh but I JUST downloaded iTunes. I know, I am probably one of the last peopel on the face of the earth to.

I probably wouldnt unless I got the iPhone but glad I did, great program.
Anyways, is there a link,site,something that teaches us noobs how to add songs onto the iPhone???

I already imported all my CDs but need a good reference to know how to add them to the iPhone and all that good stuff.
