iTunes: How to import an exported XML Library?

^^ Just what it says - there's no option to import library in iTunes that I can find..

iTunes > file > library > import library

sorry, my mistake. i meant import playlist.

not sure what you're trying to achieve but FWIW have a look here and scroll down to Re-creating the iTunes Library file.
