iTunes: How to playlist multiple disk?

I have a box set with 5 disk in the folder I have disk 1,disk 2,disk 3...
When I drag them into a playlist on iTunes it links them all into 1 album (photo below)

any help to make each disk it's own album so it's isn't listed as 1 album on my iphone?

Sure. Just change the Album name for each disc to include the disc number, such as "Best of XYZ - Disc 1".
