iTunes: How to que an mp3 from Finder into a playlist rather playing from Library

Hey everyone,

I ask this as a new Apple user who was previously used to the functionality of Winamp on Windows.

Is it possible to double click an mp3 from Finder (or drag it onto the iTunes icon in the Dock) and have it qued into a playlist in iTunes rather than having it added to the Library (I disabled the Library feature) and automatically start playing from the Library section of the Sidebar?

If this is not possible, is there a plugin that would enable this?
