I'm trying to add all my mp3s to my Mac from various external drives. What's the easiest way to get around the following message/issue?

--"An older item named "01 .mp3" already exists in this location. Do you want to replace it with the newer one you're moving?" button options are to Stop or Replace.--

I have tons of mp3s with same names such as 01. mp3, 02. mp3. Identical names, different songs. I only get the option to Stop or Replace the action. Is there a program or iTunes setting sp organization is possible for merging and renaming like this on a Mac?
