Itunes in the cloud purchases stuck on iPhone

Hi,

I have installed itunes 11.1 beta 2 and reset media library twice. Items tv shows and songs are appearing greyed out even after trying to delete then uncheck then resync and they appear once again.

also my album artwork for the rest of my music wont appear

Edit UPDATE:

I deleted every single song cmd+A in the music section. And noticed that all that was left after was the icloud purchases. Also then I dragged two albums onto my phone and now the album artwork appears for those two albums. However as you can see below the itunes purchases are still there?

any ideas?
