Not sure when this became available and have not seen anyone else mention it.

Within the Screen on the iTunes store where you can download previous purchases you can now hide items so that they do not appear in the download list.

This can be useful if you have downloaded an updated version of an album and only want to see one versions in your previous download lost. Also if you downloaded a new version of an application and do not want to see the old version.

If you then want to unhide the files you can do so from within the account screen on iTunes.

I will find this useful and hopefully other people will to.
 
Thank heavens for that. My mates at one time or another put just about every gay app out there on my phone lol.
 
Next, I hope Photostream has that feature. Hide or delete in your Photostream. I don't want to have to take 1,000 photos to push a photo I don't want in there. Maybe I can ask Siri, "Please take a 1,000 photos for me so that I can't get rid of that photo I don't want.".
