iTunes insists on copying the wrong tracks to my iPhone

Whenever I manually manage music from iTunes, the app sometimes copies the wrong tracks to the phone. I specifically drag and drop certain tracks from an album and the wrong track ends up inside the phone. Does anyone else have this issue? I rebuilt my iTunes library many times but nothing changed. I literally have to double check every time to see if the correct tracks are copied.
