iTunes Installation Issue

I've been having huge trouble trying to install iTunes 8 to my PC to get my Touch up and running. Everytime I download and attempt to install or run, it breezes through like everything is fine and ends up with an error message that says something to the effect of "Error, cannot find F:", and the whole thing is aborted. I thought this a little odd, because I don't have an F:. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I had this problem too but I searched for in internet and downloaded some software to do it. I don't remember what it was but if you google it then you will find it.
