[iTunes] Installing new OS, looking for help on xferring library.

Right now I have Vista 32-bit installed on my computer and am going to upgrade to Windows 7 64bit soon with a complete reformat on my primary HDD. My iTunes library is currently on the primary HDD, I have made a copy of my music on my secondary HDD. Now I have a lot more music in my music folder than is actually loaded in my iTunes library. I don't need to actually transfer anything, I'm just looking for an easier way than adding my whole music folder and then manually removing things. Is there a way to just transfer the library list and have iTunes load that?
