Itunes Iphone back up deleted accidently

Need help recovering deleted itunes Iphone back up if it is possible. I need it to recover my iphone.
In the trash i have i folder called recovered files which is around 50gb. I can't do put back.
Please help. I looked everywhere on Google but couldn't find an answer. Thanks.
