yesterday morning i tried to sync my iphone through itunes and i tried to put a movie. HOW HIGH ... Its really funny! 
well after 15% done itunes poped up the error saying iphone sync timeout. so i undocked my phone from the cradle. last night when i tried the sync my mobile it gave me an error that the disk cannot be found so i restart the mobile and after that its just giving me sync timeout only when i try to put the movies... on songs and contact and pics its no problem.... can anyone tell help with this issue

Note: I am using windows vista. with itunes 7.3 with iphone 1.0.2 ... working fine till yesterday.
