Well I just Finished fixing up, and organizing all my music in iTunes so that every song has its own Album art and is organized accordingly. Well all the music I organized in iTunes isnt fixed in my iPod Nano. Is there a way that i can sync the updates or something? or will I have to take out all the songs and put them in all over again?

Is your iPod set to be manually managed? It sounds like it is, in which case you'll have to either set it to automatically sync or you'll have to manually drag the songs out of the iPod and replace them with the properly tagged tracks.
