itunes issue after lion upgrade

I was using the lion beta 1 for a bit on my test partition and it was ok but i upgraded the itunes and it broke, i simply reverted back to itunes via time machine and all was ok, i have since upgraded snow leopard and updated itunes etc to 10.4 but i get the crash again, here is the pic:

i followed a apple doc telling me how to uninstall itunes and restarted as it told me, checked for new updates and there aren't anymore, can anyone advise?

I'm having lock-up and scrolling issues with iTunes on Lion. When I'm scrolling iTunes just stops responding no matter what I do. Then 15 seconds (or so) later it catches up and all of my actions that were taken in those 15 seconds start happening. iTunes acts like it is possessed
