itunes jacks up bitrate on lossless files 3508!

This is very very annoying - and it does it to every lossless file I use.
Basicly this means it plays the song ULTRA fast. I have a song in fact that is about 9 mins long, but it shows up as 3 mins long in itunes. WMP can play it back just fine but itunes refuses. I have tried installing new codecs but nothing is working.

Even on AIFF files, what am I doing wrong?

Works fine for me. Did you got the files from original cd or did you download the files?

What windows os, what iTunes version? Sounds like something is messed up on your computer. Have you tried reinstall iTunes?

Alright, researched this problem and seems I am the only one to have it, so I will try and reinstall itunes. Maybe that will help.
