I've spent hours jailbreaking and customizing my iPhone to my liking and have it just right. I don't really want to sync my apps or anything to iTunes, but I do want to add/delete music and playlists...Is it ok for me to connect to iTunes and do that with all the jailbreak apps I have on my phone? Do I need to make sure I have "sync apps" and all that turned off? Thanks!

I've been jailbreaking for years. There is no problem with syncing with itunes. You can even sync apps. itunes will ignore the jailbreak. Just don't upgrade the firmware if it prompts you to.
