I've been using Macs for over 20 years now and they seem to be HARDER to use.

I have iTunes 12.5.5.5 and latest iOS. My iPhone is connected to my iMac, and I manually manage my playlists from iTunes to the iPhone.

I dragged-and-dropped, one by one, several play lists from iTunes onto my iPhone in the left sidebar. Moments later I checked and the playlists were not on the phone. So I went to do it again, only the playlists were gone. No, I did not delete them. I have no idea what happened.

It used to be you could just drag and drop stuff on your phone and BAM it was there. Now I have no idea what's going on. I wonder if Apple's software engineers do too.

A computer reacts to commands given by the user. So you must of done something, a computer won't just "delete" something without being instructed to do so.

With the latest iTunes, you have to copy and paste, drag and drop doesn't work (as you just found out).
