iPhone 7/Plus iTunes keep on asking to "Approve this unit"

Hi,

I have an old iPhone. Think it´s a iPhone 7, and every time I connect it with USB also to my "old" Mac... Like 2012, it keeps on asking to Approve this iPhone?

Also the iTunes keeps on opening up every time even though I have disable synchronization.

Any idea or fix for this?

It´s the exact same USB-port I connect it to, and every time it ask to Approve this, even I just did it 2 seconds before.
