iTunes keeps asking me to sign in

Everytime I plug my iPhone into the computer and tries to sync, there's always a pop up telling me to sign in. I have to do this to finish syncing the phone or else it stops it. I tried looking everywhere but I couldn't find a solution. Help?
 
Yeah that's what I did, but no luck :/ I also logged out of iTunes, both in my phone and in desktop, but it's still asking me to sign in
