I was doing a sync of some new Apps that I bought yesterday when Springboard suddenly crashed my iPod Touch 4G while syncing!

When it rebooted, I found that all my folders that I had created had vanished and I now had 11 pages of Apps which meant all the other Apps I had synced had vanished!

Fortunately, I had done a backup last night which means the settings should be OK, but now I have another problem in that my copy of iTunes on Windows 7 (64-bit) keeps crashing on me. Every time I try to start it up again, it keeps crashing. I've upgraded it, uninstalled and reinstalled it (after getting advice from AppleCare) and it still crashes!

Does anybody have any ideas as to why iTunes is crashing on me? If so, can anybody give me some suggestions on how to fix it.
