iTunes keeps looking for a long gone server

Story goes like that, long ago I had a local server which I shared my music to it, I've replaced that server long time ago and the media is in the same location only a different IP address. I can play it, I can sync it, but every now and then, iTunes pops up telling me he couldn't to connect to the server and the IP address that I've used.

It's not some critical issue, as mentioned I can access everything without issues, but it's freaking annoying...

Then delete the Internet Cache inSafari the easy way is go Safari's Finder menu Safari and select Reset Safari and window with checkmarks to reset things of your choices!
