Something strange happened. I was listening to a radio station and some of my music with iTunes, then I went away to have a phone call and after a while came back. The machine automatically put the black screen (sleep mode I think), and then I quit iTunes. However, after a few seconds the iTunes window opened again. I quit the program many times but the window keeps popping in. I don't just close it, as I said, I hit "Quit iTunes" but opens again automatically. How can I get rid of this? what could It be? It's a bit annoying, thanks

iTunes keeps opening

My wife has that happen because she has an iTunes Applescript that runs and updates her Wordpress blog of the current song she's listening to.
yea it has something to do with the iTunes widget. Happened to me when I first got Tiger. Do what Gee said and there should be some options to help you with it
