iTunes keeps restarting

Have an iMac with Lion, and iTunes v10.6.3, all updated as of today.

For some reason my iTunes keeps restarting!?! I quit it as normal, see a bounce on dock and it re-opens? I've tried to delete plist, worked 1st time, then once created another one same again?

I've repaired permissions, verified disk but same? please help
