iTunes keeps saying I need to update but its updated

I keep trying to download iOS 7 on my Mac Pro. I currently have iTunes 11.0.5 and no other updates waiting in the MAC App Store but when i hit update on my phone inside iTunes it keeps saying i need to update to iTunes 11.0.5 and gives me a link to download. When i click that link it takes me to the Mac App Store and there are no updates.

I've tried resetting the computer and the device.

Ignore the message - it is wrong. You need iTunes 11.1 for iOS7.
