iTunes launching by itself?

When i installed the latest update for iTunes i have this problem. When i quit the app then it launches by itself...

huh? What's wrong?

PS:if this interests you i have gimmesometune in my mac.

Is it launching when you log in, or just randomly after you close the application?

This is probably caused by an iTunes "controller" application that you have running. These applications tend to require that iTunes be running when they are running.
