has anyone noticed that the itunes in leopard still has the old tiger traffic light buttons and its window doesnt change to a lighter grey when inactive? i hope apple updates itunes for leopard

Just noticed that.

There is one difference though, the popularity bars in the store have a different texture in Leopard.

Apple will probably fix this with a 7.5 release or may be even iTunes 8 with loads of new features.

i noticed that, but does it mean that iTunes draws its buttons independant of the system.. which would mean that if apple update iTunes to match 10.5, 10.4 users will get the new brighter buttons too.

the itunes store is just a dynamic web page that apple changes all the time.

well apple could always just release an update to leopard users only. they just did it with that login & keychain update

I've also just noticed that iTunes is not compatible with Time Machine.

I'm pretty sure that there is an update round the corner to enable this though.
