iTunes library backup - how to?

What is the easiest way to backup my iTunes library to some DVD-Rs? It's a 5.65GB library, it won't fit a single DVD5.
 
If you want to keep it all on a single disc, get a dual-layer DVD. If your Mac can burn them, that is.
