iTunes library issue

I have a strange issue.

I imported a CD via iTunes, but it doesn't appear in the library....
However, it does appear in the file structure under the "iTunes Music" directory and it does appear in iTunes Match and I can pull it from the cloud onto my iPad.

I've logged a call with Apple Care, but so far no joy :(
