iTunes Library Locked

Whenever I open up the iTunes, it tells me the library is locked, and it quits. I just upgraded to Snow Leopard. If anyone has any help or suggestions, I am open to hearing them.

Is your iTunes library on an external HD? There have been reports of probles with external HD in SL. Try searching that.

No, I have it on my normal HD. Should I just remove iTunes and reinstall and readd my songs?

Have you checked if ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Library has the box “Locked” checked when you do Get Info on it?
